JTL worked with the Project Owner to manage the entire design process from conceptual site layout, planning and zoning support to final design and permitting approval. The project included a 300,000 sq. ft. distribution facility on approximately 23 acres of land. JTL assisted with coordination with municipal approval, multiple adjacent projects including new roadway construction and a sanitary sewer main extension. JTL was responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, including coordination of surveying (boundary, topographic, & ALTA), construction plan document preparation, permitting, and on-call services during construction.
